Documentation

Using Meuze.

Meuze is the AI-powered operations platform for quick-service, fast-casual, and multi-location restaurant groups. This page explains how organizations get set up, what the platform does, and how access, integrations, and support work.

Getting started

Meuze is provisioned per organization. There is no self-serve signup. Your Meuze contact sets up your organization: configures your stores, connects your point-of-sale and other systems, and invites your first administrators.

Once your organization is live, sign in at your workspace URL using the email address your invitation was sent to. Access is role-based, so what you see depends on the role you were invited with: administrators manage the organization, executives see group-wide reporting, operators run day-to-day store operations, and specialist roles see the surfaces relevant to their function. Roles are described in Access & roles.

Core capabilities

Everything below is live product. Capabilities are enabled per organization based on the systems you connect and the scope of your engagement.

  • Demand forecasting & order recommendations

Meuze builds per-store demand forecasts from your sales history, down to item-level quantities and day-of-week patterns, and turns them into recommended order quantities. Multi-store groups see a combined forecast across all locations with drill-down into each store.

  • Supplier order automation

Recommended orders become purchase orders that move through a supplier order queue. Each supplier's cutoff schedule and payment terms are respected, so orders go out against the supplier's real deadlines. After approval, orders can be submitted directly to supplier ordering systems.

  • Invoice processing

Forward supplier invoices by email, or connect your inbox so they are picked up automatically. Meuze extracts every field (vendor, dates, line items, totals), validates the math on every line, flags duplicates, and syncs processed invoices to your accounting system.

  • Labor & scheduling insights

Schedules and labor data sync from your workforce platform, kept current through webhooks rather than overnight imports. Operators see labor metrics alongside sales, so coverage decisions are grounded in actual demand.

  • Sales & channel reporting

Sales reporting breaks revenue down by channel (dine-in, takeout, delivery, and digital) per store and across the group, so you can see where each store's mix is shifting.

  • Waste tracking

Kitchen teams log waste events with the item, quantity, reason, shift, and station. Meuze rolls entries up into cost breakdowns and trends, so you know what is being wasted, where, and why.

  • Review management

Customer review monitoring and response workflows: store teams track ratings across locations and reply from one place.

  • Mobile app for store operators

A companion mobile app lets store operators review recommended orders, approve or adjust them, and stay on top of day-to-day tasks without a back-office computer.

  • WhatsApp notifications

Operators can opt in to WhatsApp notifications for order approvals, so a recommended order can be reviewed and confirmed the moment it is ready.

Access & roles

All access is invitation-based. Administrators (or your Meuze contact) invite teammates by email; each invitation carries a role and, where relevant, a store scope. There are no shared logins.

Available roles: admin (manages users, settings, and the organization), executive (group-wide reporting), operator (day-to-day store operations), district manager (a defined group of stores), plus HR, maintenance, and marketing roles that see only the surfaces relevant to their function.

Access follows least privilege: a user can be scoped to specific stores and only ever sees data for the stores they have been granted. Removing a user revokes their access across the web workspace and the mobile app.

Integrations

Meuze connects to the systems you already run. Integrations are set up during onboarding with your Meuze contact.

Connections use OAuth where the provider supports it, with scoped, revocable credentials managed by a dedicated integrations service. Meuze never asks for your passwords, and a connection can be revoked at any time.

Data & security

Meuze processes operational data (sales, inventory, invoices, and labor) under a SOC 2 Type II compliance program, with encryption in transit and at rest and database-enforced tenant isolation. The controls we run are described on the Security page; how we handle personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Support

For account, access, or product questions, submit a request through the support form or email support@meuze.ai. Platform availability is published at meuze.ai/status.
