No. Meuze sits on top of the tools you already pay for. If you're running a supported POS and Xero, you keep running them. The agents just remove the manual work between them.

What if I don't use a supported POS or accounting tool?

The Inventory and Waste agents need a POS connection to read sales data (Square is supported today, more providers are on the roadmap). The Invoice agent works with Xero or QuickBooks. If you use a different POS or accounting tool, talk to sales about what's on the integration roadmap.

Yes. You can sign up, look around the workspace, and connect just one integration to see how the matching agent feels. No need to wire up your whole stack on day one. Add the rest when you're ready.

What permissions do I need to grant?

Read access to your POS sales data, read access to a Gmail or Outlook inbox for invoices, and read/write access to Xero or QuickBooks if you want invoices pushed to your books. You grant each one separately and you can revoke any of them from the workspace whenever you want.

Can I add new integrations later?

Yes. Connections are managed from a single Integrations page in the workspace. Add your POS first, plug in Gmail next month, connect Xero whenever your accountant says go. Nothing has to happen at once.

On our servers, not yours. Nothing to install. You sign in to your workspace, see what each agent has done, and approve anything that needs a human decision.

Yes. That's the point. The agents run on our servers on a schedule, whether your workspace is open or not. You sign in to review what they did, not to make them do it.

Three paid tiers, all unlocked on a single location. Pricing scales with your usage, not your features. Starter is $150/month for cafés and small restaurants. Growth is $300/month for busy single-location operators. Pro is $500/month for high-volume single-location operators, and adds priority support plus tailored onboarding. Multi-location groups, franchises, and hospitality brands go on the Enterprise plan.

Yes. Every paid plan is month to month. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. No exit fees, no clawbacks.

If something is genuinely broken or you were charged after cancelling, yes. Talk to support and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse weeks after the fact, but because every plan is month to month the most you'd ever pay for a product that wasn't working is a single month.

A small group of engineers can access production data when investigating a specific support issue you've raised, and only with your permission. Day to day, no one is reading your invoices or sales reports.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace stays accessible through the end of your billing period. After that, you have 30 days to export anything you want to keep. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

How do you handle security reviews?

Stripe handles all payment data so we never store card numbers ourselves. Your business data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If your organization needs a security review document before signing, ask sales and we'll send what we have.
